On Tuesday, a team from Halvorson | Tighe & Bond Studio participated in the Boston Society of Landscape Architects’ annual Gingerscapes competition, which brings together teams to compete in gingerbread-based landscape design.
For this year’s theme, “Fairytale Landscapes,” our team designed a “Jack and the Beanstalk”-inspired scene, which earned the Golden Whisk award for best design. The judges were impressed by our team’s concept and its execution, as well as its landscape forward design.
