The Providence Monthly highlights the award-winning South Street Landing development by CV Properties and Wexford Science & Technology, which includes the adaptive reuse of the former Narragansett Electric power station by Tsoi Kobus Design, the new River House student residences designed by architects SGA, and landscape by Halvorson. Tsoi Kobus Design’s transformation of the power station to house nursing space for Rhode Island College and the University of Rhode Island as well as administrative space for Brown University was nationally recognized with the 2019 Richard H. Driehaus Foundation National Preservation Award.
