The development, design and construction team celebrated the "Topping Off" for the new River House student residences, part of the transformative South Street Landing project in Providence.
Located on the Providence River, in the heart of downtown Providence's new Innovation and Design District, the River House was designed by SGA and features 174 units for graduate students. Halvorson Design is responsible for landscape design that includes courtyards, shared pedestrian vehicular street, and creative on-site stormwater management. \
