Channel Center Parks Featured on Front Page of Landezine

Halvorson Design's recently completed Channel Center Parks project has been featured on the front page of Landezine.com. The urban park supports the needs of the South Boston neighborhood – including children’s play areas, a dog run, and community gardens – in composing a lively, textured landscape that establishes a counterpoint to the harsh, flat character of the post-industrial district. Weaving together vibrant plantings, reclaimed materials, and inviting social spaces, the parks respond to the industrial heritage of the site while providing an active urban landscape that engages the local community.
